Clearing Internet Explorer's Temporary Files and Cookies
The steps below will clear out the memory in Internet Explorer and should allow you to log in under both Dealer numbers. Please Note: This will also erase any other websites saved logins, so you will need to log into those as well the next time.
- Click Tools on the menu bar and select Internet Options
- On the Internet Options window, click the Delete button under Browsing History
- On the Delete Browsing History window check cookies and Temporary Internet Files
- Click Delete
- Click OK
- Close the browser then reopen
This should clear out any saved information and allow you to login.
